Sales team communication wasn’t great- dates got pushed back straight after we exchanged, probably no coincidence. After care hasn’t been great, mould all over the skirting boards from the day we moved in and was told this was normal! Thermostat was in the wrong place to the plans. It is just very disappointing as it is our first home and I work for another new build company myself and we would ever hand over a home with these issues

Clare Garden Village. Kellie, Karen and Laurie were excellent in leading us through our sale. Karen especially was very patient and answered all our questions. She also went out of her way to make sure that we were a 100%happy with our purchase before proceeding. Adam, the site manager has always been at hand and has been very helpful with various information and things.We have now moved into our new home and are very happy. There are naturally some snagging issues - but they are rectified more or less immediately.We have been in our new home for about a week and every thing feels right- thanks to all the staff for everything.

Deeply regret our house purchase

Deeply regret our house purchase. Everything is substandard; we can understand wear and tear (albeit too soon for wear and tear issues!), but if it's a design fault then it's something we'll have to live with.For example, the downstairs toilet needs unclogging periodically because the underground pipes are kinked!They are finally resurfacing the roads. But, instead of doing it in sections, they decided it's a good idea to block access for 2 days (in a row) that coincides with bin collection days.
