It's always Tomorrow. If you have high blood pressure or a heart condition do not purchase a TW house. If you have money to invest in TW shares do not. I have never seen such money wasted on materials and time.Hundreds of paving blocks were delivered unexpectedly with nowhere to store. The lads holding this problem stored them directly outside my front window until the pavers arrived, yes that's right Tomorrow!!!!!.The team then decided to move them , although I said don't until the pavers arrived maybe tomorrow!!!!!! Needless to say they attempted to move them and damaged my fencing and kerbstones which had already been replaced. TW don't do logistics, they do fly by wire. See previous posts re trees etc as this is still ongoing , but will apparently will be resolved tomorrow!!!!.Yesterday we were promised pavers tomorrow and I sit here with no sign of them. No doubt they will arrive tomorrow. Yesterday we also noticed " strangers" in our street who informed us that they walk here to see how it is " not progressing" . We have become a tourist attraction.I reassured them it would all be resolved by TOMORROW. They laughed and walked on, I cried.

Con artists. Take your money, do one off site, then your house falls apart. Within seven years we have had to replace the roof, the kitchen, the front door including all surroundings, put in drainage front and back. This is on top of all other jobs inside the house I have needed to complete. None of the walls are straight. You contact customer services, they sound enthusiastic and say it will be dealt with, but then nothing for weeks and weeks after. The houses are knocked up, (not checked properly by building inspectors, so they are my next stop), charged over the odds for them and then given two fingers as soon as you move in. There really does need to be a proper way of regulating every house built so we can have trouble free living in our new homes.

He made the sales process so easy, keeping me up to date with the progress and always putting a smile on my face. Alex & Craig the after sales team are wonderful. Constantly making sure I’m happy with the house. Responding quickly to any snagging issues ( and there really aren’t many !) They have all made this process so stress free. Thankyou

Recently Moved in.TW have been brilliant. They built us an excellent, structurally sound house. Have sorted out snags with no questions asked. Champagne, hamper and stocked fridge on arrival! My scepticsm of buying a new home has been misplaced. Lynne & Robbie in Bracknell sales team have been awesome. Honest, kind and have bent over backwards to make sure we are comfortable
