Can’t fault linden at all. From Joel in the sales office through to Ian the site manager. We had a very smooth moving process, and all our snags were handled very quickly, quicker than we ever imagined would happen! Ian even knocked our door every Friday for weeks to check we were all ok and whether we neededanything. Would definitely recommend.

Buying the house was a good experience, living in it is not. Where do I start? Drains not laid correctly, casing blockages. Drains not working due to ‘kinks’ in the pipes, causing water to collect against the house, washing out the mortar, so we had holes in the walls which went all the way in to the inside! We had to have all the clay and rubbish, bricks, bits of metal etc taken out of our our garden in order to correct the drainage and make a garden. We had to pay for this ourselves. Air bricks not positioned properly, which have never been corrected and let water in in heavy rain. Front door discoloured and difficult to close. Internal doors not finished properly. Kitchen cupboards not fitted correctly. As to the pointing, a lovely man, has been coming to correct some of this but the whole house wants redoing,.

The thing they don’t tell you about is the STATE they leave the gardens in. We had to hire a digger to remove 8 inches of RUBBISH that they’d left behind from the building site. The gardens have not been landscaped properly and have instead had mud, plastic and rubble topped onto already existing weeds and grass. It will cost you thousands to rectify properly, or to even make it a usable space. Trust me - avoid like the plague!!
