I had an excellent experience from Linden at Pembroke Gardens. Beckie was so helpful & enabled me to secure the plot I wanted. The quality of the build is good with only a few minor snags which have been rectified. Very happy with my move.

We live in an estate where TW built 14 high end houses and sold them for over £1.5m each.Every single resident has had problems with no insulation, roof leaks, no sewerage pipes- so wastage comes out in your garden. After 10 years residents are still paying a heavy price for this cowboy builder who had useless third party contractors doing the job… TW is not interested in providing a decent build as they hire cowboy to build these properties. I’m aware they are building 10,000 house and I would never buy a house from this builder ever again. I have wrote to the CEO and all I have had is the 2 fingers shown to me with no reply ! TW only worships your money and once fall for this trap you will regret it. To make matters worst the 10 NHBC warranty is literally like toilet paper not worth as the paper it is written.AVOID BUYING A TW HOME AT ALL COSTS!!!No doubt after reading this TW clerical staff will write as if they are concerned and will offer to help on Trustpilot but the truth is, behindthe scenes they will do absolutely nothing to remedy the concerns. When they wanted to sell the house they were begging me for my money paid my stamp duty and once my money was banked in their favour the 2 finger came up quickly as a response to the Mickey Mouse build with sewerage pipe no existent… AVOID AVOID

Great after sales service and excellent build quality. We moved in our new house in December 2023 and Joel was on hand to provide support and to check everything was OK. As with any new house there are a few snagging issues. The site manager Ian was on hand immediately to organise the various trades to fix a plumbing issue and nothing was too much trouble. All items on our snagging list were dealt with promptly and by polite, friendly tradespeople. We are new to the area and were delighted to be dealing with such lovely people

We liked the professionalism of the sales team.we know its their job, but they made our experience a pleasant one. Only down side, we made an appointment for a Sunday and arrived to find the office closed. Checked phone and found they notified us while we were driving. We live 1 hrs drive away. However, we still had another look around and it did not put us off. These things happen, hence still give 5 stars. Looking forward to moving in to a nice bright new home.

Avoid at all costs! As FTB's, we thought we would get a lovely house in the South Wales Edlogan Wharf site, given we spent a lot of money on it. We are now resorting to sharing our story with the media to show the poor quality of our home.We found over a hundred snags and major issues. From an incorrect boundary to poor drainage in the garden. Many walls out of tolerance and loose fitted toilets and showers, including creaking floors. We are broken with how poorly our house has been built. Too many issues to have to deal with.

From start to finish everyone involved with our house purchase has been excellent. We moved into our new home in December 2023 and the customer care and service from Joel was outstanding from the very start. Nothing was too much trouble, we were kept informed every step of the way during the build of our home to the day the keys were ours, with clear communication and support from Joel. There were a couple hiccups outside of Lindens control that caused delays, but we were promised a move in date and Joel with the site team miracously made it happen (I still dont how they managed it, absolutely incredible!) We have had nothing but ongoing support from the site team since moving in. I would reccomend the Boorley Park Linden and Site teams to anyone, they have been fabulous.

Pembroke Park, AlderburyMoved in in August 2023Pre move help and advice from the sales rep Becky was excellent. The site manager, Will, was always helpful over any little glitches. The house has been generally of good standard with only a few minor snags which were quickly dealt with. Our only issue was with identifying the completion date and a rather inflexible attitude with this, but eventually sorted out. Customer services have been quick to respond after the workmen all left and we had unsolicited visits from the team to check all was ok. I understand that everyone’s experience may be different but ours has been very positive and we are very happy with our new home.

I made an appointment online intending to view the showrooms. I drove 20 minutes to the site at BS10 and was told there was no showroom I could view. I was given a few leaflets and encouraged to make a decision of purchase as soon as possible. What's the point of making an appointment and going there in person?
