GoogleI was a tenant with Tim Russ. They are far better than other letting agents I have dealt with in over a decade of renting. It was nice to be treated like a human being rather than just a source of cash.

GoogleFirst Class Estate Agents. We sold my mother’s flat today. We cannot thank the team enough. Everyone has been helpful and supportive throughout the process. A special thank you to Sarah West who has a role no other Beaconsfield Estate Agents offer. Once a sale is agreed Sarah chases both sides solicitors to keep progress on tracks, gives brilliant advice and has kept us updated throughout. GoogleMichele showed us round a property in June 2026. She was respectful and understanding and let us get on with looking. We had specific requirements such as showing us the loft, garage space and asking the vendor to put the heating on during summer, all this was done with ease and no judgement. The communication was very clear and professional and we ended up getting our offer accepted. We felt the valuation of the property was fair in the given market (June 2026). Our experience as buyers from them has been good so far.

GoogleKathi & Sue handled the letting and management of my property for 7 years while I lived abroad. Having just sold the house through Tim Russ as well, I just wanted to leave a review. Throughout those 7 years, everything was managed in a proactive, professional and efficient way. Living on a different time-zone, it was incredibly reassuring to know the property was in capable and caring hands. The whole experience was remarkably stress free for myself, and my tenants. His follow up call for feedback was timely, as was the clarification of points raised at the viewing. Negotiating an offer has been seamless and everything clearly confirmed by Liam, via email/telephone. The whole team has been fantastic from start to finish, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. A special mention has to go to Liam and Harry, who were absolutely outstanding throughout the process. Their communication was excellent, they kept me updated every step of the way, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. GoogleNicky, Lauren, Adrian and everyone at the Wendover office are the most professional and knowledgeable team I have encountered during our house sale. Before Tim Russ Wendover, we had used 3 other local agencies and none of them produced any results at all. Within the the first week of marketing we had about 12-15 viewings. All qualified and quality clients. Two weeks after we had an offer and we were ready to go. Adrian handled everything perfectly, especially the negotiation and making sure everything was on track. Communication was spot on, friendly and professional. We felt comfortable all the way through the process. At one point our chain collapsed, but within hours Adrian pulled something together to get the deal back on track. I am so happy we had Tim Russ and their team on our side. Don’t waste your time. GoogleTim Russ sold our house last summer (2025). We advertised over Easter and we had a good number of viewings resulting in an agreed sale price soon after. Three months later the process was complete. Thank you to Martin and the team in Hazlemere office.
