I’ve used many estate agencies over the years developing properties, so I can say (speaking from painful experience), Martin and the team are seasoned professionals. The process from the initial consultancy to sale, every interaction was efficient, knowledgeable, thoughtful and effortless. Importantly, they remembered the key features of my property when showing to potential purchasers. I did my research on local agencies (volume of properties in my price bracket, volume of visible boards locally, customer reviews, quality of pictures, internet searches, etc) and it certainly paid off with Tim Russ.

GoogleHaving lived in, invested and raised a family in our home for 21 years selling it was always going to be a significant emotional milestone for us. We engaged four estate agents, two of whom I believe grossly undervalued it in order to get themselves a quick sale, one who gave the proposition real thought and the final one who was Jo Roscoe of Tim Russ. Jo came into our home and saw the value in all the work we’d put into our home. She used her instincts and experience to value the house correctly and essentially sold it back to us. She left us feeling in love with our home and her conviction remained rock steady to the end getting the sale over the line at a price we all believed was correct. She is a bone fide class act. Alongside her Penny and Kirsty conducted the two viewings that eventually sold the house, both were fantastic throughout and deserve huge credit as do the whole office team who clearly all work together to get the best for their clients. He has many years of experience in the local area, which is invaluable. When we had the unfortunate experience of a buyer pulling out, they reacted incredibly quickly to get the house back on the market and sold a second time. Jo was brilliant in taking us through the selling process; nothing was ever too much trouble and her communication was excellent. It was such a positive experience and we are so grateful to all the team for their input.

GoogleMartin, Jo and the team at Tim Russ in Hazlemere were excellent during the sale of our house. They were professional and effective during the marketing and viewing stages, using their great local knowledge to help us get a great offer very quickly. They then guided us through the challenges of having that buyer withdraw and going back on the market unexpectedly, finding us a new buyer extremely quickly. During the closing stages, Martin did a superb job in liaising both up and down the chain and keeping everyone happy as we moved towards the final completion date. We were very happy to hand over our lovely house in Penn to some wonderful new owners as we then embarked on our new adventure in Herefordshire. Many thanks again to Martin, Jo and the team.

Martin valued my mother's house realistically and we achieved a close offer which we accepted. Where this agent is leagues ahead of numerous others is in detailed sales progression. Martin and his team followed up every single aspect of the process in a swift, professional manner and worked well with us as sellers and I assume with the buyers too. Really professional marketing, compared to some of the other local agents, together with a realistic valuation meant that the property was under offer within days of coming onto the market. There was always a friendly voice at the end of the phone to answer any questions and accompanied viewings arranged without any issue. I wish all agents were like this!
