GoogleI cannot praise Rob Shuttleworth and his rental management team at Tim Russ highly enough! They have been absolutely excellent in managing my five properties, looking after the tenants and dealing with the numerous issues that inevitably arise. Their communication is outstanding, and every problem is approached with diligence, efficiency and genuine care. A very special mention must go to April, Justine, Sue and Kathi, across the Beaconsfield and Thame offices, who have all been wonderful. Their professionalism and dedication have made such a difference. Since working with Rob and his team, I have been a genuinely happy and reassured landlady, knowing that both my properties and my tenants are in such capable hands. A fantastic team who truly deserve recognition. Thank you all!

GoogleI had a difficult property to sell - tenanted for 8 years with a poor recent tenant. Also had a pool - not to everyone's taste. Michele, ably abetted by wingmen Dennis and Mark, was excellent, keeping me and the buyers in the loop at all times. It was not without problems - an over ambitious early valuation (no surprise there) and a deal that fell through which I felt should have been seen earlier, meant a 7-8% price reduction was needed to get it over the line. But in this market a sale is a sale. Thank you Michele and team.

GoogleThe commencing of the tenancy was rushed and in practical terms we were not really ready to take the tenancy for another month, therefore our 6 months tenancy period came to an end before we had completed our purchase. Thankfully your office allowed us to extend our tenancy by a week. This we are very grateful for and thank you very much for this. Dorothy & Robert Childs
