I’ve had a really positive experience with Tim Russ and would especially like to mention Kathi, who has been absolutely amazing throughout. Kathi always goes above and beyond to help, responds incredibly quickly, and is consistently kind, friendly and professional. She genuinely makes things so much easier and is always happy to help whenever needed. It’s not often you come across someone who is this reliable and lovely to deal with. Kathi is a real asset to Tim Russ, and I’m very grateful for all her help. I would definitely recommend Tim Russ based on my experience!

I recently sold my property through Tim Russ & Co in Beaconsfield and couldn't be happier with the service i received. I had a difficult property to sell - tenanted for 8 years with a poor recent tenant. Also had a pool - not to everyone's taste. Michele, ably abetted by wingmen Dennis and Mark, was excellent, keeping me and the buyers in the loop at all times. It was not without problems - an over ambitious early valuation (no surprise there) and a deal that fell through which I felt should have been seen earlier, meant a 7-8% price reduction was needed to get it over the line. But in this market a sale is a sale. Thank you Michele and team.

I don't even know where to start because everything Rob and Justine did for me was nothing more than amazing. They are friendly, courteous, beyond helpful and go out of their way to try and make sure the outcome is what you want. They respond to every single email (and quickly I might add). I have not had a good start since moving here and been pretty much rejected without even given a chance. Some places even denied me just looking at any flats. BUT that is ok because it lead me to Rob and Justine. So for that I am forever grateful. If I ever know anyone looking, I for sure will direct them there because I know 100% that they will be treated the best ever. Thank you guys again! <3 I would like to update and add that I have also recently had the pleasure of dealing with April Howells the property manager. I can't say enough good things about her as well. No matter how high up the chain they are, they still treat you amazingly. I am beyond grateful for discovering this team. April was amazing. We had corresponded via email and she then came out to look at things and was on it right away. I don't imagine there is a better team out there than this one. Thank you all again <3
