Kathi always goes above and beyond to help, responds incredibly quickly, and is consistently kind, friendly and professional. She genuinely makes things so much easier and is always happy to help whenever needed. It’s not often you come across someone who is this reliable and lovely to deal with. Kathi is a real asset to Tim Russ, and I’m very grateful for all her help. I would definitely recommend Tim Russ based on my experience!

GoogleWe registered with Tim Russ when we were looking for a new property to buy. As it was, they did not have the property for us on the books but, nevertheless, we were very impressed with Liam Barker, who kept in touch with us and alerted us to new properties that were in the offing. Having also dealt with many other seller's agents, who seem to rely on on-line advertising and then follow up with an automated email, it was a breath of fresh air to have someone keep in touch and take the trouble to understand exactly what we were after. Unfortunately for Liam that property never materialised but 10/10 for professionalism and effort.

GoogleI cannot thank the team enough at Tim Russ, Wendover. From the initial meeting and valuation of our property in Weston Turville to marketing, viewings and completion of sale, was nothing short of excellent customer service. Feedback from viewings and information regarding potential buyers was spot on every time and they were in constant contact with us all the way. The one stand out person in our opinion was Adrian Steggals, who always answered our phone calls, always responded to emails and kept us updated at every juncture, nothing was too much trouble in a timely, courteous manner.
