GoogleI was extremely impressed with the Thame branch of Tim Russ who helped make our recent move to Thame run smoothly (and quickly!). The staff are professional, polite and obliging and met all our requirements with a friendly smile. A positive experience from beginning to end.

GoogleWe recently purchased our new home through Paul at Tim Russ in Thame. Almost a year ago, we noticed an older property being demolished and contacted both Paul and the building firm to enquire as to what would be replacing it. As soon as we knew it was the house we wanted, we worked closely with Tim Russ to secure the purchase. All the way through, Paul kept us informed making the buying experience a delightful one. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them, for both buying and selling your property.

GoogleFantastic company, Martin and Jo went above and beyond (to the point of checking in while they were on holiday) to be helpful every step of the way in aiding us to buy our dream house, i can't recommend them enough, if you are going to place your life in anyone's hands, theirs would be my choice!

GoogleExcellent service from the team in Hazlemere, I truly believe that we would not have achieved what we set out to do (2 sales and 1 purchase) with any other agents, especially the new wave of no commission based estate agents. Like everybody, I will try to save money when I can but if you can find a good estate agent, you will end up better off. Martin Perry's wealth of experience will reasssure you through the process especially during stressful times, we cannot recommended this agent enough. Many thanks. Mr & Mrs Gasquet & family

GoogleWe received very good professional advice from the Tim Russ team in Hazlemere. Their guidance and advice was very welcome, especially during some of the more challenging periods of the sale/purchase process. We would recommend Martin and his team.

GoogleTim Russ has been a superb Estate agents. Extremely professional and utterly reliable, we couldn't have asked for more. Every member of the team has been kind, helpful and efficient and really delightful to deal with. We can't recommend them highly enough, if you could describe what you would like an Estate agent to be - they are it !

GoogleProfessional and honest, two words not often associated with estate agents.

GoogleWhat a waste a time. Palpably unhelpful and discourteous to the point of being rude. Made me feel very stupid and small.

GoogleBit of a joke! Spent 5 minutes in a very quick run-a-round to value a house in the mid 400,000 when they had a smaller similar property on the market at 630,000. They never bothered to follow up the appointment and disappeared. Really did expect better from them.
