Thank you Dan Crawley! Buying and selling is stressful and full of high and low emotions (ours certainly was). This is why it is important to ensure that you use an estate agent that understands this and also has the ability to communicate affectively to help settle the nerves. Our sale was originally on the market with YOPA (online estate agent), this started off well until we realised our local YOPA representative didn't know how to make or return a phone call. We had many viewings and had to nag and nag him for feedback. We eventually found a buyer and we found a house to purchase. We then lost our buyer, in turn losing our purchase. We now knew Dan's professional, honest approach through our purchase that fell through, he offered to get some fresh photos taken and to see if he could find us a buyer. By now we were fed up with YOPA, so we said yes. Christmas came and went, January hit with new viewings, one of which was our buyer. Dan gave us great feedback on the buyers current position and opinion on the property. They made an offer the next day, Dan set the sale price expectations with them at the viewing and stood by that throughout the negotiation. Throughout the process and because of our previous experience we were nervous our new buyer would pull out. Dan was always in communication with all parties in the chain, keeping the sale and our new purchase (with different estate agent) going through as fast and smoothly as possible. But most importantly for us, he was keeping us up to date and our nerves in check. I would very much recommend Dan and the team and Tim Russ. Thank you

I would highly recommend Dan Crawley and the team at Tim Russ. As a first time buyer the process was daunting, but Dan's professional and honest approach made it so much easier. We viewed a few properties before viewing our property, and it was a lovely surprise to have such a knowledgeable agent who could answer all of our questions about the property. Dan was also extremely helpful in answering our other questions about the process in general - no question was too stupid! Dan was extremely responsive and made regular contact with us and the vendors throughout, and put our minds at rest when we were having difficulties getting information from our solicitors. We decided to instruct Tim Russ & Co for the sale of our property as the staff were approachable, professional and friendly with competitive fees. We definitely made the right decision as the service we received was excellent. From finding us a buyer fairly quickly in a challenging market to the problem solving and negotiation involved in enabling the chain to stay together when it fell apart after 2 months! The communication throughout was always open and response timely. I 100% recommend Tim Russ & Company, Hazlemere. My property was in a niche market so relatively few viewings. I had actually moved away from the area but visited monthly. I always made a point of calling in to chat with Dennis and Jo who always remained positive about finding s buyer....... and sure enough eventually they did - with no chain! Perfect! Jo expertly managed the negotiations and I was happy with the outcome. From sale agreed to exchange was a lengthy process mainly due to the mortgage process but at all times Jo was ontop of it all- pushing solicitors, requesting timelines chivvying everyone along and certainly kept me fully informed. It has certainly been an incredible journey and Jo has always been positive throughout..... and nothing seemed too much trouble! I have no hesitation in saying they are the best estate agents I have used.

The Tim Russ Wendover team have really changed my opinion of estate agents. We have recently sold two properties though them. We explained, that my partner and I wanted to sell our separate houses and buy one together. The one we were buying had a tight timescale and would be purchased privately, not via an agent. They found a buyer for one property very quickly as they perfectly matched the house with just the right couple. After the sale was agreed the Tim Russ team continued to spend time with the buyers every time they wanted to measure another room and fully managed that side of the sale until completion. The second property took a little longer to sell and the timescale was getting tighter. My partner and I were starting to get worried, however they pulled out all the stops and amazingly we ended up with 4 offers one Saturday, again they advised us and did all the negotiating. Ending with us, and the purchasers completely satisfied with the outcome. We both fully recommend the Wendover Tim Russ team, for their professionalism in mediation, negation and most of all their knowledge and understanding of the property market in Wendover and the local area. AND THEY ARE REALLY FRIENDLY😊
