Provided regular updates and stayed on top of the transaction from start to finish under challenging circumstances. Would have no hesitation in recommending them as by far the best I have dealt with.

GoogleEarlier this year Tim Russ, Wendover sold my cottage in Wendover. It was sold thanks to the hard work done by Nicky and Adrian at Tim Russ, Wendover. They were professional, insightful about the market, knowledgeable about the area and very helpful with new ideas. Next time I need to sell my property, Tim Russ will be the estate agent that I choose.

GoogleHad a poor experience with Tim Russ. Our offer on a property was accepted but we were told by the Tim Russ estate agent that they wouldn't take the property off the market since the owners hadn't found their next property to move to yet. However, a week later, another person put in a higher offer on the property, and this was accepted and they took it straight off the Market, even though the owners still hadn't found their next house to move to. We were frustrated and disappointed at having been gazumped and lied to.

We were always given feedback from viewings and kept informed of everything that was going on with the sale. The whole team were involved and went to great lengths to make sure that everything went as smoothly as possible. Would give them ten stars !

GoogleWe bought our house last year through Tim Russ. We were really impressed with them and would definitely use them if we were to ever sell our house (not that we plan to - we love it!). They were particularly impressive during the period between our offer being accepted and exchange - in particular Adrian, our main point of contact. They liaised with our mortgage providers and solicitors throughout and kept us and the sellers informed throughout. They did more than we would expect of an estate agent and really helped to keep things moving and get over the line. They were also really helpful when we were looking for a house, before we found the place we ultimately bought. They were very professional and fair to all parties and we felt like we knew where we stood at all times. Very happy to recommend.
