GoogleA short review but a HUGE thank you to the team at Tim Russ Wendover for all their excellent services during the sale of my late Uncle's home. From the start and our initial contact with Nikki Stottor,we felt confident that we had chosen the right company to guide us through a difficult sale (probate) and a difficult time for us personally. Nikki's knowledge both local and in property was impressive and we knew we were dealing with a professional company from the outset. Enter Adrian Steggals, a very calm professional and experienced person, who, when things got a bit "tricky" as they sometimes do, was excellent and so capable at keeping everything on track. Add together all the little extras they offer, excellent communications, property inspections etc etc and i would 100% recommend Tim Russ to anybody needing an Estate Agent's services. GoogleI've had an excellent experience dealing with Laura from Tim Russ in Wendover. Everything from the phone call arranging the viewing to the move-in date and the paperwork was made incredibly enjoyable for me, always felt very customer focused and like I was the top priority. Really professional team of people who have all the answers, I'd highly recommend this agents to anybody that's looking to rent or buy in the area. Couldn't be happier with the service provided.

GoogleOur journey with Tim Russ, and especially Laura, has been a somewhat lengthy process, due mainly to the Covid situation this year, as we put an offer in on the house just a month before lockdown, so the whole process took so much longer than expected. Trying to find a garage to take 'the car' with a house was the standing joke between us. We shared a few laughs along the way and Laura's efforts were paramount in sealing the deal and seeing it through. Thanks to the team, your experience and professionalism were great and it was a pleasure doing business with you . GoogleMy partner and I were looking for houses within Wendover and local area. The staff at Tim Russ were second to none, we dealt mostly with Kelly who was excellent but also Laura, Kate and Nikki and they are all credit to the company. Every agent was friendly, knowledgeable and personable, they were able to accommodate us with viewings at short notice, they have excellent communication and they are all very passionate. They also notified us when new properties were due to arrive on the market that they though would fit our needs. The best thing for me was that none of the staff were pushy; they genuinely want you to find the house that's right for you. In the end we didn't source our house through this agency but we still wanted to leave a review as we were incredibly impressed with their service. When we informed them we had agreed a sale elsewhere they were genuinely pleased for us (even though they didn't get our custom), this proves they really do care.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleTim Russ recently sold our house and we couldn't be happier with the service we received. They valued our property fairly and we were always kept informed of viewing feedback. Once we had accepted an offer, they were very helpful in moving the process along, constantly engaging with us, our solicitor and also our purchasers. There were length delays to exchange (through issues further down the chain) but the team at Tim Russ were really helpful in pushing the process along. Thank you very much to Adrian and the team.

GoogleTim Russ were the third estate agents I used to sell my property and the only ones to get me any buyers. The whole team were very good at communicating with me throughout the process. Special thanks to Laura who had to coordinate a rather big chain (8 or 9 of us) but managed to get a moving date arranged at the third attempt! I would recommend Tim Russ to anyone who is thinking of moving as they are totally professional but also very friendly to deal with which helps greatly when you are feeling stressed with the process of buying and selling a house.PositiveResponsiveness

GoogleWe've been very impressed with Dan and his team, having worked with them on both the purchase of a new flat and the sale of a family house. In both cases they have been highly professional, friendly, helpful and well-informed. Their proposed guide price for the house sale was realistically set and backed up with a sensible rationale based on good local market knowledge. As a result they were able to swiftly match our property with an ideal purchaser and got a firm offer in a matter of weeks, after a busy viewing schedule. The flat purchase has gone very well too and again they've been very helpful. There were some slightly tricky details which they helped us overcome and we progressed to a timely completion to the satisfaction of ourselves and the vendor. They are highly recommended.

GoogleI've owned & sold many properties. In a difficult market, Dennis & the team sold my house with the minimum of effort for the maximum value within 3 months. Many other similar properties to ours remain unsold & are now way under their original asking price & falling. If you want to sell I recommend the Hazlemere team for their pragmatic, professional & expert approach.
