GoogleIt’s been a long, hard difficult sale for me for various reasons. Mark West has been there for me at all times. I couldn’t recommend Tim Russ any higher. They’ve been really good.

GoogleGenuinely my best agent experience in 25 years (as both tenant & landlord). Efficient & rapid, but very focused, listen carefully, and all done with a good welcome. Laura in particular went over & above to help at every turn, & is a great ambassador for this co. Not often you can say this with agents, but hard recommend!

GoogleThe lovely Kathi and Sue were my agents at Tim Russ for two years. The were very professional and friendly to me and my flatmates, a mishmash of international students. While the service was professional and their handling of matters was prompt what I loved most was their warmth when I called in to sign documents. Very deserving of each star!

GoogleTim Russ, Kathi & Sue from the lettings team have been truly wonderful. They have looked after my elderly parents’ rental property for over 15 years, and in that time have been so much more than just letting agents, always kind, patient, caring, professional and incredibly efficient. Their support and advice over the years has been invaluable, and they’ve consistently gone above and beyond to help my parents, always treating them with such respect and genuine warmth. It has been a real comfort to our family knowing the property was in such safe and capable hands. Now that my parents are selling the property, Kathi & Sue have continued to be amazing, helping us with historical paperwork and information for the solicitors and buyers without hesitation. We honestly can’t recommend them highly enough. They have been absolutely fantastic, and my parents will truly miss them, not just professionally, but personally as well. Thank you both so much for everything.

GoogleI have been a tenant with Tim Russ for about 2 years now and I have had a great experience overall. When I first moved in, Sue and Kathi were incredibly helpful in getting me settled in. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free from the very beginning. Throughout my time as a tenant, Sue and Kathi have continued to be supportive and responsive whenever I have had any issues. They are always professional, friendly, and quick to help. It is reassuring to know that there is a great team behind Tim Russ who genuinely care about their tenants. I would highly recommend Tim Russ to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive rental experience.

GoogleWhen our current Letting Agent went into administration, we looked at various options for our 2 properties in Haddenham & all the initial information pointed to Tim Russ as the best Letting Agent to suit our requirements. I sent an email to the Lettings Department in Thame & Laura contacted us immediately & after a long chat we were both happy with our choice. We then had various ups & downs with the changeover, but Laura was always on hand to help solve the problems. We initially need to sort out changing 1 tenancy, but due to some bad news from our long-term favourite tenant, we ended up re- letting both properties. Immediately a list of potential tenants were submitted to us & Laura completed all viewings & both properties had new tenants with only a 2 day break between tenancies. Then Joy came into the picture & kept us up to date with all the progress, and along with the Street App, we always knew what was happening. We didn't know the process could run so smoothly. So 2 months down the line, what could have been a Nightmare Situation turned into a Blessing in disguise, with a Letting Agent who has worked with us a made our Letting Experience much more enjoyable.

GoogleBig shout out for Justine Heys in Rentals, who took customer service to new levels of help, advice and genuine kindness with her assistance to a very elderly friend of mine, who had to find alternative accommodation in Beaconsfield. His friends were looking for a miracle, and she facilitated that above and beyond. If you want to either rent or find a rental, give them a try. They pride themselves on caring for clients, and my friend experienced that in action. Thank you Justine.

GoogleJustine Heys went above and beyond to find my 88 year old Uncle a flat to rent. We literally had 3 weeks to find somewhere for him. He has ended up in a flat that is perfect for him. Justine even drove him to his bank in High Wycombe to organise the funds as he doesn’t have online banking nor does he drive. We are most grateful
