GoogleI've now tried three times to leave my review. Anything remotely negative apparently breeches their polices. Clearly a supplier / retailer funded site and the reviews aren't worth the digital paper they're written on. My last attempt was removed because I described the quality as 'questionable' because my product (A/C unit costing £400) was delivered faulty. Facts its seems, are inconvenient and against policy.

GoogleChloe couldn’t have done more for us and we don’t plan on moving again but would only ever consider using her if we did. If anyone asked me about estate agents I would say they would be foolish not to use her. She goes above and beyond , always contactable and even when she was on holiday she was sorting our sale. GoogleAdam Lascelles was the most communicative property agent we have had the pleasure of doing business with. As with many UK property transactions there were some uncertainties and delays along the way. Whenever asked for clarifying information, Adam was almost immediate with his response, even late at night or at the weekend. When we met him to collect the keys for the property he was a delight to chat to and made us feel immediately at home in our new surroundings. GoogleHonestly 5* is not enough for these guys. I had a property that couldn’t be sold for a while and thinking the big companies can do it but I put faith in Sam and Ryan and they turned it around in 3 months and got the money I asked for. In this industry you’re tied up dealing with people that are not experienced and does not have much care. I really hope someone reads this review and goes ahead with Sam and Ryan. We even ended up buying a property through them as well!!

Disappointing experience. One of the agents (Holly Watkins) lost interest as soon as she saw I was £3,500 under the eligibility criteria they use (30xrent per annum), even though I clearly stated on the questionnaire that I have savings and receive benefits. Despite this, she made no effort to help or offer any alternatives. Shortly after, I received a generic reply saying the landlord had accepted another offer. It felt very automated and impersonal, like ticking boxes rather than genuinely trying to assist someone looking for a home. I expected more professionalism and effort from a lettings agency, especially when dealing with families trying to secure stable housing.

GoogleI have to say Carl was amazing. I was not his customer but buying a house through ewe-move, however I found Carl went above and beyond to get all the answers required and worked hard to resolve any issues. He never once made me feel a nuisance for asking and I asked a lot but hey it’s not a car which I can research or go in time and again to sit in. 😀 Obviously he had his customer’s best interest at heart but mediated well. He was often ahead of me and sorted the next stage or question before I asked - he may have a nervous twitch after this. I would have no hesitation using Carl if I was ever daft enough to move again. 😂 Thanks Carl.
