GoogleSome communication based issues which were resolved promptly by the manager. The number of stars relates more to my frustration about not securing a property than it does the service - as am not a customer therefore not experienced their services. Hope they are proactive if other flats in the areas of interest we noted come up.

GoogleWe've sold two properties through Thos Morris in recent years, both quite different in value/character. On both it has been highly proactive, and adept at presentation, achieving a swift line up of viewings resulting in a quick sale. If only the conveyancing process was as speedy!

GoogleA really good piece of software but the company lacks integrity and honesty. We've been using the platform for over a year and trusted the core principle of the review system - where only legitimate reviews are accepted. Unfortunately despite providing evidence of malicious reviews Feefo refused to remove erroneous feedback until we expressed our desire to leave the platform. Suddenly the reviews were taken down... We were then later told, our company had entered into a rolling yearly contract, which was hidden within the t's and c's and not expressed during the cold call sales pitch. So be warned, set a reminder for the yearly renewal, or you'll be out of pocket by thousands of pounds.

GoogleWhen we chose Thomas Morris to sell our home it was on the basis that they understood the area, they were well briefed on the price that could be achieved and, very importantly, we’re genuinely enthusiastic about selling the property. We all know that Estate Agents don’t always get the best press but I can honestly say Thomas Morris have proved to be exceptional. The marketing was spot on with an advert showing the property at its best both in terms of description and photography. The video tour produced was fantastic. Any company is only as good as it’s people and Thomas Morris clearly have an outstanding team. That said it would be wrong not to specifically mention Julie Spinks. Julie is obviously a very experienced salesperson. As soon as she was involved her calm but confident approach gave us total confidence. Nothing was too much trouble for Julie - always ready to give good advice and guidance. We are sure that Julie achieved the best outcome and can’t praise her enough. As we are buyers as well as sellers we are encountering a number of Estate Agents ! This experience merely confirms we made the right choice with Thomas Morris - Julie was just the icing on the cake!

GoogleI purchased a property through mark at fine and country and had a highly problematic chain, Of all the estate agents (of which there are lots) I have dealt with mark was the most transparent, helpful and proactive. If another estate agent was dealing with our purchase it would likely not have got done. He always had time to talk, went out of his way to help the process (even with the chain below me) and was incredibly fair throughout when negotiating a myriad of associated things to do with the purchase.
