GoogleAlways get a fair valuation and unbiased approach. Only one I would use having been messed around by other agents in the past. They don’t try to fleece you or pressure you into anything but always get a result. Big thanks to Alicia, Hannah, Hollie and Jane’s for all their help.

GoogleThey were all very helpful and quick to respond to emails and phone calls, helping me to communicate with the previous tenant and vendor and organise viewings and find the answers to questions, even though it was a slightly complicated situation.

GoogleFrom the moment the sale was passed onto Ms Taylor in the progression team, she has been amazing. Not only has she been proactive and prompt with replies, she has continually chased and checked on progress and was always aware of where the transaction was. GoogleGreat service by the whole team. Oliver is great and super flexible with viewings and second viewings. He always tries his best to find a time that works for everyone. He asked the right questions and recommended the right property based on what I wanted. Rachel is full of knowledge and if she doesn't have the answer, she'll find it which is great. Rachel was quick and proactive and chasing solicitors and giving me updates throughout the process. Buying a property can be stressful, but The Property Centre in Cheltenham worked together like a well oiled machine to deliver a very enjoyable and quick service. Thank you all for your hard work - 100% recommend.

GoogleAn utterly exemplary service. I cannot express how proactive, efficient and a genuinely lovely the staff members are. Holly and Hannah and Alicia and Nick truly have gone above and beyond through the whole buying and selling process and been there to support us through every obstacle (namely one dodgy buyer.) When we feared losing the family home of our dreams they did everything in their power to secure a wonderful and reliable buyer within a week! My husband has PTSD and sufferers from severe anxiety and I would never ever go through any other establishment. I can’t recommend them highly enough. 10/10.
