Fantastic service from start to finish! We can’t thank Susan and the whole team at The Property Centre enough for all their help throughout the process of buying our new home. A special thank you to Susan, who was absolutely fantastic throughout. Her communication was brilliant, she kept us updated at every stage and was always chasing things up and keeping everything moving right through until completion. Buying a house can be such a stressful process, but having someone so helpful, responsive and on the ball made such a difference. We’d also like to say a huge thank you to Victoria, James, Sharea and Keelan, who were all fantastic when showing us around the property and keeping us updated along the way. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, professional and genuinely helpful. I had a great experience with Intercounty Harlow, especially Kelsey Foster. She was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the viewing process. The apartment was presented beautifully, everything was clean, well maintained, and looked even better than I expected. As my wife couldn't attend the viewing, Kelsey kindly allowed me to take videos of the property so I could show her afterwards, which I really appreciated. All my questions were answered and made the viewing feel relaxed and informative. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I recently purchased a property where Intercounty was the agent. While all areas of my experience were great, I was particularly impressed with Abby and the sales progression. This is my third purchase, with several others that have fallen through, and Abby is the only person I’ve encountered who regularly gave updates as and when she said she would. The updates were clear, helpful and timely. Which, honestly, has been incredibly rare with in experience with other agents in the Harlow, Stortford and Stansted areas. I was able to step back from the process and trust Abby was chasing everyone in a timely manner - where previously it’s been me who’s done all the chasing. If I’m ever to move again, I will definitely be using the Intercounty Harlow team as I know they’ll take good care of the sale. (I was not asked to leave this review, I genuinely just thought the team deserved the praise!)

Brilliant communication throughout including explanation of any delays and mitigations out in place where possible. Sophie was exceptional as my port of call, incredibly personalable and made me feel like her only client. Despite delays in the process which could not be predicted in advance everything was clearly communicated and solutions offered. The whole team at the property centre were always available if I needed them and were a delight to deal with. I cannot thank them enough for all their help and support in finding me my first home and talking me through each step with kindness, patience and understanding.

I've just sold via the property centre, and they have made a very stressful time as easy as possible. Victoria came and took great quality photos straight away, and had a really good chat about how I wanted to market my house. All staff involved in viewings were so respectful of my home, i couldn't even rell that they had been in! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’d highly recommend the property centre; our experience has been outstanding. Taking photos of our house was quick and easy. Every person that we have been in contact with has been knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We have had a point of contact for each stage of the process but have been able to speak to any of the team should that person not be available. The knowledge, advice and guidance from James and his team led to our house selling within 48 hours of being on rightmove. This quick sale enabled us to be in the best position to have an offer accepted on our dream home. The hard work and support from Sophie, the property centres Sales Progressor, meant that we were always informed and updated about the progress of our sale and of the whole chain’s progress. Our contracts were exchanged in October, just three months after our offer was accepted on our house - we were in a chain of 5. I highly recommend The Property Centre, they have been fantastic.

we originally listed our property with another local sales agent however found them to be incompetent with turning up on time and showing people around our house who wanted completely different requirements from the offset. After three months of frustration and without a sale we terminated our contract and listed our house with the property centre. We gave Victoria from the Quedgeley office a call and arranged for her to valuate, image and list our house. The photos were really good and also created a live floor plan tour of the house. We originally met Keelan Aylott whilst viewing other houses being sold by the Property Centre and he quickly understood our needs and helped to find us the right property suited to our requirements and tastes, Leading to us purchasing our new home. Upon selling our existing property Keelan took the time to. visit and get familiar with our house that he'd be selling. Only after two viewings (2 Weeks), the Property Centre found us a buyer and handled our negotiations for us leading to us selling at the price we wanted originally. The administration on behalf of the Property centre as of now has been prompt and they've been very informative from the get go. Dealing with Keelan, Victora, Emma & Jackie has been simple and will always use them in the future should I need an estate agent. Cheers Property Centre!

Used property centre for 2 purchases and as a managing agent since 2019 (7 years) so I have experience with this company. I have no idea what changed but they decided to operate like cowboy builders a tiny issue with the property and they sent out what I can only imagine is the most expensive drawer repairer in the world - on complaint they decided their customer service would be to tell me to f off it is what it is. Thus proving they do not manage anything. If you are thinking of renting through them remember this affects you also as they rip off the landlords it works it way into you rent. Horrible experience after all this time is very disappointing. Edit: their response is a complete lie they do not help their landlords they still haven't tried to do anything about this their customer service is poor
