Mark Holford is an aggressively pushy EA, very off putting and wouldn't shut up trying too hard to sell a property even when confronted about it. Mate, I can see the stairs have carpet, you don't need to tell me. Dawn Meikle is cold, blunt and unpersonable, stopped talking to me, nor put anything in writing for the duration of the sale after picking up on a communication breakdown that had a major effect on our sale timeline. Last agent, no idea of her name just spent the entire viewing making weird comments about the property, making stupid giggles and seemed perplexed that we were going to live in the house. There was an agent who did our second viewing, only does Saturdays but was by and far the best one we had, honest, let us get on with what we needed, obviously had an I.Q. above room temperature too. Wouldn't use to sell, won't buy another property marketed by them. There's a reason why you regularly see sold signs with the property centre become for sale signs from another EA.

Having not moved house for 22 years I was naturally apprehensive. I need not have worried. My local team were helpful and professional. They did a great job of marketing my property. It looked really good with pictures and a virtual tour when it went on line. I accepted a really good offer after only two days of viewing and lots of interest being shown. I was then appointed a sales progessor. Sophie talked me through everything and kept me updated on progress. In general it went smoothly but when there was the odd delay I didn't have to worry about what was going on as there was never a time when I wasn't updated. Really wonderful virtually stress free sale thanks to a great team who I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to sell their property.

Victoria is amazing ! She was the one who showed us a property even we originally didn’t book a viewing on this one. Put an offer on the same day of viewing and offer has been accepted. Later on in process Victoria has taken over again to be progress advisor and this is when the things stared moving so much quicker. She is really good at her job and big asset to a company! Great service from the Property Centre and James in particular at the Quedgeley branch. The team provided me with a very quick service, getting my property from a valuation to market in just over 48 hours. The valuation price and subsequent achieved sale price was considerably higher than other independent agents who valued the property. James had viewings booked before the property was marketed, and the team kept up a steady stream of viewers until the property was sold around 10 days after being first marketed for asking price. James kept me updated throughout the process and advised on any price adjustments needed. Very happy to have also secured another property to purchase with James, again got us the best price with the vendor and great service.

The Property Centre Quedgeley have been amazing with the sale of my house. I wanted to put my house on the market quickly and was hoping for a quick sale due to finding my dream home, however I also needed to ensure I could get a good price for my house. Lucy was fantastic at explaining the market and the process of selling, we compared TPC against two other local agents and TPC were by far the most knowledgable and professional. TPC sold my house within 9 days of it being on the market, and for the price that I needed/expected (thanks to Jackie’s wonderful negotiation skills!). The entire process has taken 8 weeks from offer to completion, mostly thanks to Lorna’s excellent communication and efficiency.
