It’s taken me a little while to write this review as I’ve only just got broadband sorted in my new home, but I didn’t want to miss the chance to say thank you. Selling my home was a big step for me, and I’m really grateful for the support I received throughout the whole process. Leah was always confident and reassuring that my house would sell, which really helped at times when I was feeling less certain. I’d also like to thank Toby, who carried out some of the viewings, as well as the rest of the team for all the admin, updates and support behind the scenes. Everyone was friendly, helpful and easy to get hold of, and I always felt kept informed throughout the process. I’m very thankful to the whole team for helping me get the sale completed and move on to my new home. I’d happily recommend them to anyone thinking of selling.

Whilst not directly involved in engaging the services of TPC as an estate agent, our property sale was marketed by TPC (Leah and her team). Leah was very proactive in bringing in the viewings and she followed up with the visitors after the viewings to make sure interested parties went ahead and put in an offer. Even though the market was really poor, Leah managed to find us a buyer in relatively quick time and we managed to complete recently. It was a pleasure to work with Leah and her team and would definitely recommend TPC to those looking for a competent estate agent to sell their home.

Our house sale was a long-haul process due to a house fire just before exchanging contracts. Thank you so much! Oliver went above and beyond to help us with this house purchase. He was super knowledgeable, really helpful and gave loads of advice throughout which really enabled things to keep moving. We faced lots of challenges with the chain due to my house sale, Oliver didn’t need to help but thankfully took it upon himself to so that we could keep things moving. I don’t believe we’d have got the purchase/sale done as quickly as we did without Oliver’s expertise. I wouldn’t hesitate to use The Property Centre again in future, the whole team were excellent! Used property centre for 2 purchases and as a managing agent since 2019 (7 years) so I have experience with this company. I have no idea what changed but they decided to operate like cowboy builders a tiny issue with the property and they sent out what I can only imagine is the most expensive drawer repairer in the world - on complaint they decided their customer service would be to tell me to f off it is what it is. Thus proving they do not manage anything. If you are thinking of renting through them remember this affects you also as they rip off the landlords it works it way into you rent. Horrible experience after all this time is very disappointing. Edit: their response is a complete lie they do not help their landlords they still haven't tried to do anything about this their customer service is poor

Our liason was Rechay Richardson who took over the process just after the offer and got up to speed fast. She was always available and knowledgeable, and handled some difficult issues really well when there were confusions about the type of insulation the house had. I would also mention the the house was sold twice, but the first sale was aborted due to a house fire. The Property Centre were excellent throughout and when the damage was repaired they immediately took the reigns and got it sold fast for a higher price. I couldn't be happier and am grateful for the work that Rechay did to get it over the line.
