After a good start to our experience in terms of selling our house it quickly went downhill. Trying to get accurate updates and a proactive approach to contacting relevant parties in our sale was very, very difficult to the point that my wife had to undertake this task on a daily basis. Constantly fobbed off and no real drive to support - we ended up giving them updates, which is surely wrong based on how much they were being paid. On the day of our move we had issues with the banking system, which caused some major stresses. They did not seem that bothered or willing to help. Again, we took it upon ourselves to try and sort, with the Estate Agent of the house we were buying driving things forward. If fact, our lead contacts at the Property Centre disappeared for the afternoon when we needed them most. I would strongly recommend avoiding the marketing and sales tactics they adopt, as you will end up very, very disappointed at the end of your experience.

Richard Refused to let a property because they said it was a dirty trade but then accepts another company who’s also a dirty trade. Exactly the same business as ours. Avoid this company! They are completely incompetent and accept anyone when it suits them. AVOID.

From the first call with Jamie Dyer, through to the completion date, we were so happy with the service we received from The Property Centre, Karen, Allison and the whole team. We dealt with so many agents in and around Stroud over the last 18 months and had varied experiences, some good, some ok and some terrible.
