Left out various important details on their write up about the house, including £5k of work done to the outside, and the extra parking space , 21 ft which would fit a caravan or motorhome. I also believe that they were asking people who viewed the house to give it a value. No offer to do an open house. Viewer put a hole in our kitchen ceiling. Lack of effort/ motivation on their part.

GoogleVery happy. I just went through a purchase with the Property Centre and it was handled so professionally. Their office staff are so nice. Sophie was my sales progressor and she checked-in with me every single week, chased up every enquiry I had and helped the sale progress in a decent time frame (just under 3 months). If I had to purchase again, I know I would feel very confident purchasing through the Property Centre. Many thanks!

Poor experience. We listed our property for sale. During a visit from a potential buyer we discovered they had damaged our property. We raised this with TPC who were not interested in the feedback, and confirmed they had watched the potential buyer cause the damage. We had to pay ourselves to get a builder to resolve the issue. Gave notice to leave them, and they just offered to stop marketing us, and gave us the keys back immediately, they did not push back, they just let us go. Disappointing.

GoogleFrom the Start of the Process through to Completion The Property Centre have worked tirelessly, a well-rehearsed team. Their communication was 5*. We found them fair and honest, and they went the extra mile to us through a very stressful sale. Jamie Dyer Senior Branch Manager was our Sales and Marketing contact, he was very professional but with a very friendly and warm manner. He certainly knows his markets and always called us with updates. Once an offer has been accepted you then have a dedicated after sales progressor ours was Allison Breddy. The chain proved to be quite challenging, but Allison worked relentlessly. Her persistence paid off, I am convinced without Allison we would still be waiting to exchange, our developer and buyer could not praise Allison enough. Thank You
