We were very impressed when we first met with Richard when he came to value the property and give us great advice that we were looking for. We knew after meeting Richard that it was Personal Agent who we wanted to market our property. The brochure and video tour that the team put together was so impressive. We were introduced to Joe who was put in charge of the sale and he arranged and conducted the open day which was a huge success with numerous viewings and offers. Joe’s communication with us was excellent and he kept us informed at all times. In fact all members of the Epsom branch were extremely helpful whenever I telephoned. After an offer was accepted Sarah stepped in from the Progression Team to keep us updated and to get the sale completed. She too was excellent throughout.
