I have had the worst experience with these estate agents and I have worked with a few over the years. They have no system, they don’t keep track of their listings/viewings and don’t communicate any information. We enquired about a number of properties with them and they didn’t get back to us on 2 out of 3 of them at all. They failed to turn up to the one viewing they arranged for us and didn’t bother to communicate that the property has since gone under offer. Great company who have made us feel at ease in buying our first property. Adam has been helping us along the way, he has been fantastic and made us feel very comfortable in the process, whether that be viewings, emails or over the phone. First time buying can be a scary field as you are totally new to everything, but nothing has been to much for Adam.
