Everything from initial contact, the property video, photo's and write up were all first class and very professional. GoogleWe had an emergency case regarding a broken toilet and drain blockage, we called the personal agent, Bradley Snape has received our call effectively, he has responded in a quick and professional manner, he could and managed a contractor within less than 30 minutes, however, it was an experienced contractor, he could resolve the issue within 19 minutes and got the job done perfectly, Many thanks to you guys you made our day of Bank holiday.

Bradley Snape went out of his way to secure us an early viewing and when we decided to move forward he was professional and patient with our questions. The follow up from Michelle Hobbs was equally good as has been the support from Kate Murphy since we moved in. We would thoroughly recommend this agency. They are all really easy to get on with and very quick to respond to any enquiries.

GoogleMy experience with the Personal Agent team in Epsom has been very positive. Bradley Snape was very helpful and managed to secure us a viewing at the last minute. When we decided to move forward with the rental property, Bradley was great - very informative and patiently answered all out questions. He also ensured we were kept up to date with progress. Since moving in to the property the follow up support from Kate Murphy has been fantastic - really helpful and answering our queries very quickly. I would certainly recommend the Personal Agent team in Epsom. They are all very friendly and quick to respond to all enquiries.

GoogleKate Murphy, the Property Manager has been outstanding. Her communication with all involved parties has made our experience of letting and meeting all of the challenges we faced with an insurance claim very smooth and effortless. All of the personal agent team have been very helpful, and they have always been clear about what is happening and how things are going to be addressed. We really do feel that we are in safe hands, and we highly recommend their services from purchase to property management.
