GoogleOur experience with Richard has been excellent - very polite and respectful when he came to visit our house, able to talk us through the extensive and accurate research he'd done prior to visiting, and very willing to help us out with his knowledge subsequently. Very good!

GoogleBen has been so helpful and given us lots of advice without empty promises. We originally went with another agent who promised the earth. We were recommended to The personal agent. He showed us around a few properties, but his experience really shone through when we came to put an offer in, working with our agent and through the chain to ensure everything went smoothly - swiftly dealing with issues as and when they arose. GoogleWe were very impressed with The Personal Agent, the key word being ‘Personal’. Over the course of our viewings we got to know the team and as a result they got a real feel for the kind of property we were looking for. We dealt primarily with Joe who was very proactive in suggesting properties and very quick at replying to any questions. They were also very accommodating when in came to squeezing in viewings to suit our availability. On a more general note, The Personal Agent had a strong presence in the areas we were interested in and seemed to have a relatively high turnover of properties with few coming back to the market. We’d like to thank Joe, Chris, Adam, Morgan, Sian and anyone else from the team not mentioned here for their help!

GoogleFirst time using the Personal Agent and would highly recommend, especially the service provided by Adam Latter. Adam showed us round the property, he was very professional and answered all our questions in detail. After the viewing, Adam was always at the end of the phone and has supported us with purchasing our first home. Nothing was too much hassle for Adam and we can’t thank him enough for his help and professionalism. Thank you Adam!

GoogleThe entire team in Epsom were really great. Even though we were not their clients (we were buyers), they were all very professional. Both Joe and Morgan were very helpful throughout the process of looking for our first home to buy. They were easily reachable by phone, communicated well with us by email and phone, notified us when a new property was on the market, arranged viewings with sometimes short notice and were very professional. We also spoke with Chris a few times on the phone and he dealt with our requests efficiently. Sarah followed the sales and kept us updated throughout from just before exchange to completion. We finally got our keys for our first home from Adam. We wish to thank each and every one of the Epsom team.

GoogleWe viewed a property with Anna in Banstead. Anna was very helpful and answered all of our questions. She kept us in the loop with everything regarding the property. I couldn’t recommended her anymore. Hopefully we can view more properties with Anna and find our forever home.

GoogleWe are very pleased with the service provided by The Personal Agent (TPA). We saw 3 local agents when looking to appoint an agent for the sale of our house but TPA were the "first out of the blocks" with follow up and impressed us with their knowledge of the local market and conditions and we were delighted to appoint them as our agent. George Evans and the team at their Banstead office have have been efficient, supportive and a pleasure to work with, both with our endeavours to sell (securing 3 offers over the asking price) and also in our quest to find a suitable property to purchase. We hope all will move smoothly to exchange and completion in the coming weeks but, based on our experience so far, we thoroughly recommend TPA.

GoogleFrom our first conversation with Tom at Personal Agent he was friendly, and had a positive attitude. The viewing of the property went really well; Tom was really informative and supported us throughout managing our offer. Throughout Tom has been incredibly reliable, when he says he will do something, he does. His communication has been impressive both on the telephone and email updates as the purchase is progressing. He listened to our situation and did his best for us. We have been really impressed with Personal Agent and in particular with Tom who is reliable, practical, supportive and has a can do attitude. We are really looking forward to moving into our new family home, thank-you.
