We spoke to a number of larger brand name agents first when deciding which firm to put our property on the market with but, on meeting with the Personal Agent team, they were the most honest, genuine and, more importantly, the most well prepared. We knew immediately that they would provide a unique experience for potential buyers and received multiple offers quickly at the price we wanted which we were able to view and track easily on a web portal. Despite a long and challening sales process as a result of delays with the sales downchain, our negotiator, Paul, and the Personal Agent team were extremely responsive and continued to chase all avenues to help drive the process forward. We would thoroughly recommend the Personal Agent, who were able to provide great progression support which is critical, particularly in the current market environment, where the sales process is taking more time due to high demand for solicitors time.

We have now moved into our home in which we purchased through the personal agent. And sold our property through too! From the start the personal agent we’re always very good, fair and efficient. The photos and videos of our house we sold with them were very good standard and made our house look great! We also had a log in so we could see the different stages of our sale and purchase. When a stage was completely it would be ticked off. The sale of our property happened within 1 day of viewings! Which for us was ideal with having 3 young children! And for the purchase of our new home only took 2 months from putting the bid in, to completing ! Thank you so much, especially to Adam Latter, who helped us with everything along the way! Estate agents quite often get a bad reputation for being untrustworthy and unreliable - just telling potential buyers or sellers what they want to hear, rather than the truth. But we found The Personal Agent to be the complete opposite. We had a couple of situations where our offers sadly fell through due to issues further up the chain and Chris and Joe really took us under their wing and we are so grateful to them for doing so. In the end, they were able to find and secure a property for us which was so much better than what we originally thought we were going to purchase and were fab throughout the whole process. Genuine, honest, knowledgeable, hard working and kind people, who really go out of their way to help you. We are hopefully staying put for a while now, but when the time comes to sell, we would wouldn’t think twice about using The Personal Agent again. Thanks again Chris and Joe - you’re superstars!
