Tried to book a viewing on a property as soon as it was listed, said they would call back when landlord is ready to book viewings, got no call back, I called back a few hours later for them to tell me they have no viewings left. Then wouldn't even let me put an offer forward because I hadn't viewed it personally. Awful service, avoid at all costs!
