Got the keys today! I had a great experience with Paul and Shauna to secure my first property. They were very helpful and made the entire process smooth. They were proactive the whole time. Whenever we encountered blockers or delays, they stepped in, and resolved the issues to put things back on track. They really took a lot of the stress out of buying a (first) home.

I instructed Personal Agent on the sale of my house and all the viewings took place on an open day. I received 4 offers after the open day and accepted the one which I felt was the most keen and in the best position to proceed. My sale was looked after by Paul Davis who was helpful, efficient and professional and helped to move things along smoothly to completion. Thank you Paul and also to Liam and anyone else in the team who assisted. I am happy with the service I received from the Personal and would use them again in the future.

When we decided to put our house on the market we looked at a few different agents, but opted for the Personal Agent, due to the service and advice received even before the sales process had begun. The staff at the Stoneleigh office are consummate professionals. They are all friendly and very knowledgeable. We were kept well informed and didn't need to hassle for information as their systems were regularly updated. We would like to thank everyone for their efforts and especially to thank Dan for the weekly phone calls and feedback. We would not hesitate to have them represent us in the future 🙏

After a few buyers fell through Paul found us a cash buyer which eventually came through with a sale, good service in a difficult market Would use them again!
