GoogleSamantha and Sarah at The Personal Estate Agent Banstead are polite and prefessional. On my first and second viewing of the property, they had full knowledge about the property, area and answered any question I had. I have discussed further with Sarah and put forward our offer on the house. Well done! Waqar Rana

GoogleThe worker (also a Samantha), was an excellent worker, hence our appreciation and indeed gratitude, that made us feel very happy, intrigued, yet well informed. For me, having not just a worker, but someone who had previous ived experience as a child, was sooooo valuable. Many Thanks

GoogleInitially we seemed to have a slow response to our questions on our sale, but we were in luck Sarah took over the reins and nothing was too much trouble her customer care was excellent, Sarah always responded to any query we had. I don’t know what she gets paid but deserves more, a true asset to The personal Agent.

GoogleSarah was great, had all the details about the house and knew the area well. She was very personable and friendly. Sarah appreciates that purchasing a home is a big decision and encouraged us to reflect and think it over, she did not push us for feedback on the spot. Overall Sarah was great to deal with.
