GoogleI viewed a bungalow in Epsom on Saturday and could not have been more pleased by the service provided by the agent, Adam L. He was very polite and professional, answering all questions, with an in depth knowledge of conservation restrictions. Would definitely recommend!

GoogleOur sale was looked after by Adam Latter from the Epsom branch. The service provided by Adam was brilliant from start to finish; keeping us informed about progress of the sale and chasing solicitors who were not as efficient as him! We would definitely use The Personal Agent, and Adam in particular, again.

GoogleAs we are just about to complete on our property I would just like to say how well your team dealt with it. Of particular note is Ray, who’s input was intrinsic to dragging it over the line during these currently tumultuous times! He never once failed to call me back when he promised to (I have literally never experienced this in any service industry let alone Estate Agency) , he utilised his contacts to gee-along other parties in the chain when frankly he could have just shrugged his shoulders and said “not really for me to get involved with” and I know he has supported my buyer, who is very inexperienced with property transactions, to move things along. Anyway, this is not my first rodeo when it comes to buying and selling property (the first BTL I ever got was via the Personal Agent about 12 or 13 years ago!) and Rays work is the best I have experience, top marks…. In fact, he was so good at insuring he ensured the personal/human touch through calling rather than just firing-off emails that I don’t have his direct email address!

GoogleGreat professional service, Ray Steward who conducted our viewing was very professional and made my elderly mother in law feel very important and comfortable. Sarah, who took over with the completion process went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and kept us up to date with everything. Ray and Sarah are a credit to the company.

GoogleWas shown around a few properties by Adam. He was polite, professional and clearly knew the area very well. Unfortunately we didn't find the right place but Adam still keeps me updated and checks in time to time. Highly recommend.

GoogleSimply overwhelmed by the impressive team as a collective. Sound advice from Richard from the ‘get go’. Sensible, realistic and the strategy worked to produce multiple offers day one. The team of negotiators were proactive and the feedback and communication was first class. I wanted to highlight two real stars in the team and whilst they are all just brilliant, Morgan, you are a credit to the business and you really understand what giving a personal service means- you went well beyond what anyone expects of an estate, so thank you. Lastly, having been an estate agent of 20 years I truly understand how important it is having someone progressing the deal properly and effectively- its a masterful skill and sometimes soul destroying, Sarah Goddard, is simply outstanding. At it. Selling property is not easy unless you have a diligent and highly organised deal progressor. Sarah, you are to be commended for your passion in this role. Thank you to all of you.
