GoogleBooked a valuation a week ago, they cancelled half hour before the agreed time saying they don’t cover my area, why take the valuation, confirm, and cancelled on the day ?

Dear Flavio, I would like to apologise. We have tried to contact you since. Your property is outside of the areas that we cover, so the valuer thought it best to let you know, but I totally agree with you that the valuation should not have been booked in the first place, and you should not have been let down at the last minute. Again, our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused.

GoogleRosie was fabulous at our viewing!! Really friendly and answered all our questions with ease. Her knowledge on the property was fab, and she really went above and beyond to make sure we had all the info we needed. She even followed up with us straight away to drop her an email with any more questions we might have (as we had a lot of Q’s!)😂 Really lovely experience so far, thanks so much Rosie :)
