Another agency happy to sell you the dream, and how their marketing is the best etc etc. Started well but very quickly went downhill due to members of staff leaving. Ultimately we cut ties with them when they arranged a viewing where the client didn't arrive to see the property and they lied saying that the client "didn't like our home" and they were advising us to drop our sale price - we have cameras on the outside of property and had recorded confirmation that they waited and no-one arrived for the viewing. After being lied to we got away as quickly as possible! We have thankfully sold with another agency, and moved, so this is a retroactive review.

The Personal Agent are great, arranging viewings and valuations was easy and convenient. We met Samantha for a viewing, she knew a lot about the property and gave us the space to look round the property freely, we didn’t feel rushed at all. George came to value our house and was also great to speak to. He had a clear strategy of how we could sell our house and knew a lot about the local area.
