One of the worst viewing experiences ever for a property was with your Epsom branch agent “R” She couldn’t treat us any worse starting from trying to change the appointment’s time after being confirmed by email and sms (unprofessional), then standing outside the property door declaring that I had only got 2 minutes (when I was still in my car upon arrival when I actually had at least 8 min time slot), then refusing to allow me to the garden and literally pushing me out of the property after 2 min (when my time slot still had 5 more minutes) When I complained I was ignored. I am not sure if this property is truly for sale or is what happened just being unprofessional. But both ways, I don’t think dealing with this agent is worth my wasted time

Dear Mr Soliman, Please accept my apologies for any distress caused. Saturdays are extremely busy for appointments and in order to fulfil the many requests, we operate a very strict diary system. I can see that your viewing was booked for 11:35 and we tried to move it to 11:30 to give a little more time. We appreciate you were running late and said you would be there by 11:40 but we believe you did not arrive until 11:47am, meaning we had very little time to show you the property. Rosie is one of our most liked employees and often receives numerous 5 star reviews every week. I am sorry you feel you had a bad experience in this instance but wish you well in your search for a suitable property. Naturally, any complaint is a concern to us and rest assured we will be reviewing our diary management going forward, to ensure any similar issues are not repeated.

We’ve had the most fantastic experience with Personal Agent after listing our property with them. Richard and Ray gave us their time, support and advice throughout the process and we really felt like we were the priority. We would definitely work with them again and would recommend anyone else to do the same!

We recently exchanged on our first house through The Personal Agent. I could not recommend them more, they were fantastic from the moment we saw the first property to eventually exchanging on our perfect home. Our main contact was Chris Shaw who made the whole experience run smoothly being both personal and very knowledgeable about the houses and surrounding areas. The Personal Agent stood out heads and shoulders compared to other estate agents we viewed properties with. The best endorsement we can give is that we will definitely be using them again in the future.

Not your usual estate agent! Buying a property can be stressful, however I can confirm my entire experience from start to finish has been excellent. Simon Tongue supported me, as a buyer, through the entire process with integrity ad professionalism. He worked with myself and the seller to deal with any query or bump in the road. Always responsive and ensured that I was kept up to date on progress of the sale. I would highly recommend Simon and the team at Personal agent in Banstead.

Having dealt initially with George Evans and then primarily with Sammy Voller, I have been pleasantly surprised by their high standard of service and professionalism. Sammy has kept us constantly updated on developments and has been responsive to my calls and emails. They have also been successful in agreeing an offer on the property in a short space of time. The photos, videos and general marketing package they provide, along with their online customer platform, is invaluable. I chose this agent based on my own online research and am glad I did.
