GoogleMe and my partner are currently in the process of purchasing our first house. We saw a property we both liked the look of and booked a viewing with Sammy. She was an excellent help and managed to squeeze us into her very busy schedule. She was a great help answering any queries we had and made the viewing a very valuable experience. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone considering purchasing one of their properties.

GoogleAs a buyer, I rather the assumed that The Personal Agent would be less than great (due to their fees being so much lower). Totally wrong. Absolutely as good if not better than the traditional agents. Credit to Sarah West [agent on site] and whoever took & arranged the viewing.

GoogleArrived at the property in smithy lane with a very warm greeting from Sarah west. Charming and very spacious house. It is in need of quite a lot of improvement work but We liked it very much.

GoogleSammy from the personal agent banstead is amazing! We are currently searching for our perfect family home and she’s been a star in arranging viewings, great communication, a highly skilled agent with an amazing upbeat personality. I understand the importance of having a reliable, caring, and professional realtor on my side, Samantha has exceeded all expectations in this regard and we do believe she will help us secure our family home. She is very much highly recommended.

GoogleSarah Goddard, I don't know if I can find the right words and to recommend her enough. Such a patient, professional dedicated and friendly estate agent I've ever met. Even if I'm not the easiest customer she was always there and helping me through all the procedures. All The Personal Agent team are very good but Sarah is the special one(lucky they have her in their team) Thank you so much for everything, really appreciate your efforts. 🌹
