GoogleAs a tenant from 39 station avenue. Fantastic service. All staffs are very efficient and friendly when dealing with my tenancy. I can not remember the names of all the staffs but.... Michelle Hobbs, Charlotte Evans, Sam Jamani, Kate Murphy and Emily Rowland have involved with my tenancy with great efficiency and professionalism. Many thanks.

GoogleI have three properties let and managed by The Personal Agent and I have found that they are very efficient, professional and on top of that their fees are very reasonable or cheaper than other agents. Overall I am very pleased with their service.

GoogleReally BAD Service. I do not recommend anybody to use this agency. They took my deposit and refused to send it back. The landlord decided not to proceed but they still refused to refund my deposit. AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!
