I have been with the Personal Agent now for over a year - albeit I was let down by the first landlord, Ria and Lily at Epsom helped smooth the way to the beautiful home I am now in. Their professionalism, helpfulness and friendliness helped greatly. Although Kerrie initially showed the property, I have had more dealings with these two lovely ladies. Joe and the team at Personal Agent have been fantastic from start to finish during the process of renting our flat. From the moment we were shown around our prospective property we knew they really had the 'personal' touch. Joe in particular has always been absolutely first class in helping me with my millions of questions! They're very prompt with replies, professional and well informed. We feel very confident with Personal Agent being great managers of our property and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. When we've visited in branch everyone was so polite and friendly, they all made us feel welcome. Paperwork was dealt with in a very effective way and organised well. Very pleased overall and we be telling our friends and family what great Estate Agents they are.
