The team at Personal Agent have always been first class. We have bought and sold several houses with them now. They have always provided good and honest advise. Sales progress information is always spot on. They are great at making sure we have had genuine buyers and have been instrumental in closing the deals for us. Chris Shaw is one of the nicest guys that I have dealt with in my 20 + year carrier in the building industry. I would highly recommend The Personal Agent and in particular Chris Shaw

From the first meeting I found the staff in the Epsom office very professional, straightforward and easy to deal with. The marketing materials were excellent and the property sold quickly. I am delighted with their service.

Many months and several agents later we approached the Personal Agent to sell our home. Our property went under offer within a few weeks. Great support and service received from start to finish. Joe at The Personal Agent was really good at getting us in to see properties. Kept in regular contact and would let us know when properties with potential were coming on to the market. All round excellent service and communication. Very happy.

We have never meet an Estate agent like Paul from the Stoneleigh branch he is so passionate about his work and he was a pleasure to deal with, we didn’t end up buying through The Personal Agent but we wish we would have done. Strongly recommend.

They have made buying our first home such a positive experience! Cat took over as contact for sales support once we had our offer accepted. She was on the ball the whole time, keeping us informed and helping with the progression of the sale. 10 weeks from offer to completion would not have been achievable without her and the team!
