Recently dealt with The Personal Agent, Banstead, as I have been looking for a property in the area. The staff there really looked after me and showed me loads of properties. Unfortunately, I didn't end up buying through them as I found something else through another agent, however, if I come to sell in the future, must say.. it's The Personal Agent in Banstead I'll go back to. Thanks to everyone there!

Tom Iddenden was my agent when I purchased my new property and I can highly recommend. My purchase was not an easy one as I sold my old house before getting into the new one but Tom was always on hand, chasing everyone up and making the process a bit easier. Should I move again in the future I will use the personal agent again.

Should you prefer the hard sell with one of the more corporate type of approach, with pressure all the way then go ahead. The choice is yours. However, you could select an alternative style, as we did with The Alternative Agent, who will treat you with courtesy and respect, and will support you if there are stumbles along the way. They may even put the kettle on if you need to talk. Yet at the same time, they will beaver away to secure a buyer in the quickest time possible. In our case within days.

After a tricky few months trying to buy a house (through another agency), we finally found our dream home through The Personal Agent. Tom was great to work with and went above and beyond to ensure that the process ran smoothly. He kept us updated throughout, which is so important in when looking to buy! When he was out at viewings, his colleagues in the office were always on hand to help. I'd definitely recommend The Personal Agent (and Tom) to anyone looking to buy in the area.

I must say that Andrew and his team at the Personal Agent delivered a fantastic service from start to finish. Without them I don't think we could have moved into our new house before Christmas. They were very polite, diligent and also kept us up to date proactively. Don't think we will move house anytime soon, but if we were in that situation again, would definitely go back to Andrew and his team!

We received a fantastic service from The Personal Agent during the sale of our property in what was a difficult market. We had been with another agent beforehand who were useless meaning it was breath of fresh air switching to these guys. Sue from Sales was fantastic in pushing our property onwards as well communicating frequently with us before and after viewings. She has real passion for selling properties and we felt confident having her on our side. Once under offer, Sarah from sales progression was also brilliant and pushed our sale on as much as possible. All our calls were answered promptly and voicemail returned within an hour or two. No complaints and highly recommended.

Having had negative experience with another local estate agents whom I worked with for several years, I got in touch with the Personal Agent to let out a one-bed flat and within a couple of days we had two offers! A big 'Thank You' to Joe who dealt with all our communications with the prospective tenants. Although we did experience a couple of issues, he made sure they were rectified promptly! Their fee structure is also transparent without hidden costs. Very pleased with their service and I highly recommend them to other landlords!

We were planning to relocate out of the area, and was unsure which estate agents to use. After getting quotes and recomendations from friends locally, we decided to go with personal agent... And I'm glad we did. Not only were they priced competitively, but their service was spot on. Dan knew so much about the local area and didn't inflate our ego with unrealistic valuations or expectations, instead we got a down to earth plain and straight chat. Which ultimately led to our house being sold relatively quickly. The after care service by Cat was brilliant, she handled the whole chain with care and constantly chased up our incapable solicitors, probably wouldn't had exchanged with out her. Overall I would pick personal agent instead of all the local competition everytime, they just seem more classy from a buyers/sellers perspective, and give great service with good communication.

Very impressed, we went into to see a few agents today as we are looking to move to the area and the two young men in The Personal Agent could not have been more accommodating and friendly they also gave us there time and couldn't have been more helpful even though we are not on the market yet. the other agents we went to see really didn't want to know, very impressive. real customer service.

I would definitely recommend Personal Agent. I had viewings over two offices and the service was outstanding from everyone we met. They communicated well with us throughout our purchase and were always kind and responsive to any communications.
