GoogleI am so pleased to write this review. The other day I went Into the personal agent to enquire about how moving house in this pandemic would work as I felt very anxious about the current situation. I was made to feel at ease and was reassured everything would be strait forward and that I would be supported through the change. Very grateful for the young gentleman named Paul Davis thankyou for making me feel comfortable.

GoogleWe originally went on the market with another agent that promised the world and didn’t deliver. The personal agent were far more honest with their advice and really did deliver on viewings, offers and above all customer service. If you are looking to sell and want to get the very best for your property, go to these guys first and ask to speak to Luca!

You’re definitely one of the most proactive agents we’ve met in this process, especially in a time where everyone else seems so busy that they don’t bother to take your details when you enquire about a property! You took the time to understand what we wanted and the fact the house that we fell in love with was a house that I didn’t actually want to see and only went on the viewing out of politeness to you as you were showing us another house at the same time!! GoogleAlthough we didn’t buy through them, we would 100% recommend Personal agent as the go to agent. As first-time-buyers if often felt like the other local agents didn’t want to spend much time with us or put in the effort to talk us through our options. Peronsal agent couldn’t have helped us more! Luca Sarteur kept us up to date on properties coming on the market before they went online. He put us in touch with a fantastic mortgage advisor, as well as a great solicitor and building surveyors. He was always on hand to give us advice, and answer questions. I couldn’t recommend Personal agent or Luca enough!

GoogleThe Personal Agent have gone above and beyond to help us purchase our first property. We unfortunately had a chain collapsed with our first house, but they were able to swiftly find a suitable alternative for us. Their care for us as individuals has really shown in all our conversations with everyone in the team. Though I would like to say a big thank you especially to Joe Edwardson for everything he has done. He has in particularly been the one to try and do everything he could for us, and also maintained a professional upbeat manner even with my very frequent phone calls to him. So thank you.
