JNP were the selling agent on my recent house purchase. Throughout the purchase they were responsive and efficient in arranging additional viewings and providing updates. Julian was superb at dealing with a couple of hiccups in the process and we managed to complete as planned in December. All in all a smooth process and I would recommend JNP to anyone.

We recently bought our dream home with JNP Hazelmere. The whole experience was perfect. The various viewings with Valerie, Doug and Phillip were great. Special shout out to Doug in particular, who helped us through the purchase process. He was friendly, always kept us updated and was really helpful. We have dealt with various estate agents recently and non of them compare to how good JNP were. We would recommend without a doubt.

We have recently completed a purchase with them, and our appointed agent, Joe Phillips, was friendly, highly efficient, and exceptionally helpful throughout the process. Very unprofessional. I was buying a house through them, and waiting on a query on the survey. They threatened to readvertise the property unless I signed an immediate exchange. Nobody would exchange when everything isn’t verified. They blamed it on the seller, but they should know better.

We recently went through what can only be described as a turbulent sale, but thank goodness for Sue she was our storm chaser! From the very beginning, Sue didn’t just ride the waves; she took the wheel and never let up on the gas, making sure we stayed on course no matter how rocky things got. The whole process had its ups and downs, with a few unexpected hurdles along the way, but Sue remained calm, collected, and determined throughout. She didn’t just offer support, she took action, always one step ahead, ensuring we were informed, confident, and prepared for every twist and turn. Her proactive approach kept the sale moving forward, and we genuinely believe that without her unwavering persistence, things would have taken much longer to close.
