GoogleFirst class! The team went over and above what you would normally expect from a estate agency. Tim in particular was prompt in responding to emails, chasing solicitors and was more than accommodating to help enable us a very smooth purchase and move. I honestly couldn’t fault them. Superb! Definitely the type of company you want to deal with when entering what could be a very stressful period of time.

GoogleGreat customer services, very helpful and friendly staff. Lloyd Buston was the one who helped me with the whole process of renting a property with JNP and he has done an amazing job. There were a few challenges along the way but nothing he couldn’t cope with. Very patient and friendly. I highly recommend JNP in High Wycombe.

GoogleI was trying to book a viewing for a property but they never back to me, property is still vacant so..... not sure if they even trying to care about their customers. Even live chat does not help :) they promised to call from propal branch and never done it! Terrible time waisters! Not recommended at all!

GoogleDo not rent through JNP!! They charge the most expensive set up fees in excess of £699 and when the deal falls through and JNP have done nothing!!! They keep all the money , not a bad profit for doing jack ****

GoogleAs consumers, it is all too easy to be negative, to criticize, to demand absolute perfection and even beyond in every respect from our service providers when it benefits our own self interests. For some, this is even knowingly to the detriment of others. For letting agents that need to serve both the tenants and landlords interests in equal measure, it is essential that they shall be capable of exercising the required duty of care fairly and judiciously to all concerned parties at all times. In this context, I commend the JNP Letting’s team for their positive endeavors towards this goal. And in particular, their sincerity, integrity, attention to equality and dedication to respect the intricacies of the tenancies with due care, attention and safety awareness are most commendable. Their honesty to accept responsibility for any shortcomings and to proactively implement corrective actions as required to continuously improve upon their level of service from lessons learnt are also most refreshing and praiseworthy.

GoogleAgree with Luke and Sophie. I wish I have read about the reviews last year before renting with them. Never had so much stress living anywhere, and I have always been very careful looking after the properties as much as I can. This is the worst experience we have had with any company. If you are reading this review, please make sure you avoid them. When I have some time I will write down the details about our experience. I wish I can at least save somebody from repeating what we have been through.
