GoogleI cannot recommend JNP's Lettings Team in High Wycombe highly enough. Lloyd and Ben have kept me fully up to date on what was happening with my recent let at all times and phone calls returned promptly. Also a big thank you to their Handyman Dom for sorting out last minute manoeuvers - what a gem!

GoogleExcellent and knowledgeable local agents who understand the local market and so are brilliantly placed to sell you home. Great to work with and very supportive. They helped us to sell our home and the service we received from everyone in the team (especially Caroline and Martin) was excellent. Would highly recommend and use again (although hoping we won't have to again for a while!)

GoogleI was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff at JNP particularly Caroline and Mark. They were very active in driving interest and found a buyer within 3 weeks of having the property on the market. Then they kept me updated as the sale progressed. I would definitely recommend them.

GoogleBought and sold through JNP completing in December. Brilliant experience from their honesty and efficiency throughout the selling process to the hard work put in to help us get to exchange, especially by Caroline, when others were being less than helpful. Highly recommended.

GoogleJNP were really helpful with the purchase of our first family home. Caroline was really supportive and understanding of our situation and the need to move everything along as quick as possible. She kept us up to date even more than our solicitor did!!

GoogleI had previously purchased my flat through JNP, then rented it through JNP and the service was excellent. I have recently sold the flat and right from the start there was good effort starting with Mark and then taken over by Martin for the conveyancing. The online sign in tool is very useful for checking in to see feedback from viewings as well as a member of staff giving regular feedback by phone. A great service was given and I would recommend JNP to anyone thinking of selling locally. The value in getting the excellent service was well worth the slightly higher fee than other agents locally. Thank you all.
Thank you very much for your review we are very pleased to hear you had such a good experience with JNP.

GoogleJNP have been brilliant as agents throughout the whole selling process. We bought our flat through JNP and have now sold with them. Martin has been super helpful in keeping me up to date with what's going on and explaining the process to me. They have also been great in helping us to find a home. Would highly recommend selling and buying through JNP. Big thanks to the whole team.

GoogleThey say moving house is one of the most stressful things in life but JNP handled everything for us and it was an easy, quick process from putting the house on the market to finalising the sale. I cannot recommend them enough. They were a pleasure to deal with and very efficient. In addition to our sale with JNP, we were lucky enough to purchase through JNP and we used their conveyancing and financial services, all of which were faultless.
Dear Claire, what a lovely review, thank you very much. We are always so pleased to hear when people use all of our services and have such a positive experience. Moving house is not always a stressful process!

GoogleJNP have been amazing, and especially Caroline D. The sheer dedication to pushing my flat sale through was impressive! She provided me with advice and guidance which was gratefully received. She also kept me updated on progress of the sale when I was struggling to get information from my solicitors. I know she spent a LOT of time chasing both sets of solicitors so thank you for all your efforts!
Hi Neha, thank you very much for your review we are very pleased to hear you have had such a good experience with JNP.

GoogleJNP have provided me with excellent service over a period of seven years. I had to move quickly for work and JNP took me through the process of renting out my flat. As a novice landlord it was great to have their experience on my side whilst I had a series of tenants (with no gaps). Eventually I needed to sell my flat and JNP helped me to transition from renting out to selling. JNP handled all the viewings for my flat and gave me prompt and helpful feedback. For various reasons, it took over a year for my flat to sell. As part of that process, I had to extend the length of the lease. During this time, JNP maintained focus to help me achieve a sale. I am really grateful to Martin and Caroline at JNP for all the assistance that they gave to me.
Thank you for your review Marian we are very pleased to hear you had such a good experience with JNP.

GoogleAfter a great experience with JNP buying our first home a few years ago, we were very happy to use JNP once more when upsizing recently. From start to finish they were so helpful and professional, and when our first buyer had to drop out due to unforseen circumstances, they kept us informed of our options and found us a new buyer very quickly. We're especially grateful to Steve, Caroline, Martin and Jon for making our dream house a reality, and wouldn't hesitate to use JNP in the future (although we hope in a good way we'll never have to!)
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. It is always so nice to hear of clients that have come back to use The JNP Partnership having received such a positive and successful experience in the past. We hope to see you again in the future.

GoogleAfter 5 months with another estate agent, JNP sold our house on the first day, at the first viewing! Their valuation was accurate and realistic and the service they provided was fantastic. Particularly heartfelt thanks go to Caroline, whose support was invaluable and who (quite literally) fought her way through a blizzard to make sure our exchange went through on time. This was our first experience of selling a house and it was made a lot less stressful by having friendly and experienced advice available throughout the process. I would recommend JNP.
Hi Chloe, thank you for your review this is great to hear things were so successful so quickly

GoogleJNP have been brilliant. Our house was sold within 3 weeks. Steve and his team, especially Lisa, were very professional and kept us informed throughout the house selling process. Lisa was the main person we dealt with and she was great. We had the right level of communication from her and she was always very professional and friendly. The whole process has been very smooth and painless!! Would highly recommend JNP
