GoogleLucianna Tebbs has been very helpfulIn finding me a property to rent She was honest about that area's and very helpful in showing me multiple properties in different areas, I realise she has to be quite patient to do her job and she's definitely that. So my advice is if you're looking to rent ask for her Because it's hard to trust and find somebody that is positive and interested in doing the best job she can.

GoogleI was very disappointed with level of Customer service received from JNP Partnership, they never sent me copy of valuation report by post or email, I chased my times and spoke to Caroline in their adminstration department she confirmed you will receive shortly. To-date never sent one.

GoogleJNP have been great during my stay in their managed property in Reading. Paperwork has always been quite speedy and their staff very professional. Maintenance of the building was also on a regular basis and were possible, scheduled as soon as possible.

GoogleRented a property with these guys. Should've read the reviews before ever approaching this company. After leaving the property, I was charged over £450 for absolutely ridiculous. menial expenses that have no validity to them. Am currently in the process of arguing and disputing the charges but I can see they have done this before and not many people have had luck in getting the money returned so I'm not holding my breath. These guys are rude and don't care about their tenants. Not impressed with money being taken for no reason. Am recommending that everyone stay away unless they want to be ripped off. For the icing on the cake - I was in the property only 1 year and 10 months and for 6 months of it I didn't have hot water! Let me repeat - NO HOT WATER!! That's why I had to leave, and then to be charged extra is laughable. I should charge them for 6 month's worth of cold showers and aggro.

GoogleWe had the pleasure of meeting Mark Prior who came to value our house and put our house on the market , he could not have been more helpful, he was there either by email or phone to offer us advice, and help make what is normally a stressful time, a lot less stressful! Everyone we have spoken to or met at JNP High Wycombe have been very friendly, thanks guys!!! Would to recommend them to anyone we know who is looking to move in the future.

GoogleRecently, we had to find somewhere to move in a short space of time, we dealt with Lloyd who was very helpful, and helped things run as smoothly as possible. This was our first experience moving through a Lettings agency, and despite the 100’s of questions we had, Lloyd always responded back in a timely manner. Would highly recommend Lloyd for any Lettings from JNP, he is a great asset to the team their. Thank you again for your help.

GoogleReally great service. I had signed up with a couple of estate agents in the area - however JNP excels above all of them. I highly recommend them. In addition Jon Cox who works as the mortgage broker there is excellent too. Have used him twice over the last 3 years. He gives solid advice. The whole team works well together to get you what you want.

GoogleI cannot recommend JNP highly enough. I have now bought and sold through them, and they have been excellent both times. Always very professional and helpful, and nothing ever seemed like it was a bother. We mostly dealt with Steve and Lisa, who were wonderful throughout the whole process.
