GoogleVery poor communication. We have had two viewings cancelled on arrival despite phoning up a couple of hours before hand to confim the appointment is still ahead. Wasted time away from work, travel to and from. Advised on both occasions they phoned us but did not recieve any phone calls or messages. Really displeased with the service.

GoogleThanks once again to Steve and the whole team at JNP High Wycombe in helping us to sell our 2nd property. On both occasions they have excelled in professionalism and patience, particularly as the 2nd sale took over 7 months due to an issue regarding our freehold. However they kept us and the buyers fully upto date and if it wasn’t for this and the clear experience they have as a company I am certain our sale would have fallen through. GoogleTrying to find an estate agent who are professional, efficient, communicative and morally sound, is a little bit like searching for the Arc of the Covenant. So imagine our absolute delight when we experienced all of the above with JNP in High Wycombe. Mark guided us through our first house purchase, and provided us with a level of service that went beyond our expectations. When Mark wasn’t available, other colleagues, including Steve and Caroline, would always do their best to get the information we needed in a swift and timely manner. Whilst we have the benefit of a successful house purchase to support this review, we will always look to JNP for future sales and purchases, as it was a pleasure to deal with them.

GoogleNot a great experience. I pretty much understood the tone of the lady showing me the property when she said "the tenant will selectively be picked". I sent an email enquiring about what their terms and conditions where foe selecting tenants and did not receive a response. I now avoid the their propertied when searching.

Toni was quick to respond to questions and had a problem-solving approach, which helped to ensure things kept moving forward. We felt they were there to help us as the buyers, as well as acting for the vendors.
