GoogleRented a property with these guys. Should've read the reviews before ever approaching this company. After leaving the property, I was charged over £450 for absolutely ridiculous. menial expenses that have no validity to them.
Am currently in the process of arguing and disputing the charges but I can see they have done this before and not many people have had luck in getting the money returned so I'm not holding my breath.
These guys are rude and don't care about their tenants.
Not impressed with money being taken for no reason.
Am recommending that everyone stay away unless they want to be ripped off.
For the icing on the cake - I was in the property only 1 year and 10 months and for 6 months of it I didn't have hot water! Let me repeat - NO HOT WATER!!
That's why I had to leave, and then to be charged extra is laughable. I should charge them for 6 month's worth of cold showers and aggro.
