GoogleFinally, human estate agents! I was dreading dealing with estate agents for the sale of our home but Mark was a joy to work with. He not only helped to sell our house in record time but also found us the perfect new home. A huge thank you to the JNP team in High Wycombe who all made the experience much more enjoyable. They were very professional but above all were also human and lovely.

GoogleTrying to find an estate agent who are professional, efficient, communicative and morally sound, is a little bit like searching for the Arc of the Covenant. So imagine our absolute delight when we experienced all of the above with JNP in High Wycombe. Mark guided us through our first house purchase, and provided us with a level of service that went beyond our expectations. When Mark wasn’t available, other colleagues, including Steve and Caroline, would always do their best to get the information we needed in a swift and timely manner. Whilst we have the benefit of a successful house purchase to support this review, we will always look to JNP for future sales and purchases, as it was a pleasure to deal with them.

GoogleNot a great experience. I pretty much understood the tone of the lady showing me the property when she said "the tenant will selectively be picked". I sent an email enquiring about what their terms and conditions where foe selecting tenants and did not receive a response. I now avoid the their propertied when searching.

GoogleWe have just bought a new home through JNP. They were competent and supportive throughout. Toni was quick to respond to questions and had a problem-solving approach, which helped to ensure things kept moving forward. We felt they were there to help us as the buyers, as well as acting for the vendors.

GoogleLucianna Tebbs has been very helpfulIn finding me a property to rent She was honest about that area's and very helpful in showing me multiple properties in different areas, I realise she has to be quite patient to do her job and she's definitely that. So my advice is if you're looking to rent ask for her Because it's hard to trust and find somebody that is positive and interested in doing the best job she can.

GoogleI was very disappointed with level of Customer service received from JNP Partnership, they never sent me copy of valuation report by post or email, I chased my times and spoke to Caroline in their adminstration department she confirmed you will receive shortly. To-date never sent one.

GoogleJNP have been great during my stay in their managed property in Reading. Paperwork has always been quite speedy and their staff very professional. Maintenance of the building was also on a regular basis and were possible, scheduled as soon as possible.
