GoogleVery poor communication. We have had two viewings cancelled on arrival despite phoning up a couple of hours before hand to confim the appointment is still ahead. Wasted time away from work, travel to and from. Advised on both occasions they phoned us but did not recieve any phone calls or messages. Really displeased with the service.

On both occasions they have excelled in professionalism and patience, particularly as the 2nd sale took over 7 months due to an issue regarding our freehold. However they kept us and the buyers fully upto date and if it wasn’t for this and the clear experience they have as a company I am certain our sale would have fallen through.
