GoogleDon't waste your time. Very rude especially in the lettings department. I will go to other estate agents. I even logged a complaint and was ignored.

GoogleOur agent Lloyd was very quick to respond to any queries we had. He also helped us meet our deadline for moving out which was within a short time from viewing the property to having the keys handed over.

GoogleLloyd Buston was extremely helpful when we were looking for a rental. There were a lot of tasks to complete in a short time but he was very proactive and we got to sign our lease very quickly and we have already taken occupation. Yet at no time did we feel we were being rushed. Many thanks for the excellent service.

GoogleLloyd Buston has been fantastic in helping me find suitable accommodation, thorough and very quick to reply. Both of which has made my life much easier in relation to moving. I spoke to several other estate agents and JNP has been the easiest one to work with by a long shot. I'd heavily recommend

GoogleWe sold our house through JNP in January, then were caught up in lockdown. Throughout the process, Caroline was especially helpful. Communication with her was great, and very responsive. (As a sidenote, the conveyancers they recommend (Premier Property Lawyers) are superb, and have a great online app). Thanks JNP!

GoogleCaroline was FAB! She helped me through every step of my house move, she was always available by phone and quickly responded to emails, she offered advice when I needed it and a happy, positive outlook when things weren't going to plan. I'd recommend both JNP and Caroline to everyone, really great service!

GoogleI have just recently started renting a property in Stokenchurch, Buckinghamshire. I used JNP for this and they have been amazing during the whole process. I have a lot of experience dealing with letting agents and have to say JNP have been the best by far. I was being helped by an amazing lady named Xenia, from day one she was professional, friendly, helpful and always replied quickly and fully to any email or questions that I threw her way, she was great. I would highly recommend using JNP and hope that if and when I move I will use them again.

GoogleI would highly recommend Mark Prior at JNP. He not only helped us purchase our first ever house but also found us our second dream house. As always it was a pleasure working with him and can’t thank him enough for his support. He has been responsive, friendly and professional throughout the process. He is a real asset at JNP.

GoogleI started my flat purchase in February and as a first-time buyer, Mark has been an absolute godsend. He is incredibly professional as well as caring about his buyers. He answered my million and one questions, provided valuable advice every step of the way, and no ask was big enough. Caroline has been just as fantastic - guiding me step-by-step all through out the lockdown, keeping on top of everything and ensuring I could complete and exchange with as little stress as possible. Both Mark and Caroline has made a stressful house-buying situation much, much easier for me and I am grateful for their help. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleCaroline was by far one of the most professional, hard working and understanding estate agents to work with professionally. I can not big this woman up enough. After months and months of hard work she finally got our deal done and it made our life so much easier to work with someone that worked tirelessly to help us. We highly recommend JNP!

GoogleThe sale of my property in Downley completes today and I have been impressed by the professionalism and support provided by the whole JNP team throughout. Trying to sell in the current climate has been extremely difficult, but they have always been there at the end of the phone and providing regular updates. A special mention to Caroline Dowdy, whose service and attention to detail is second to none, nothing is ever too much and she has been a delight to work with from the moment we walked into the office and met her. Would highly recommend Caroline and the JNP High Wycombe team and will certainly be using them for any future sales.
