GoogleI really couldn’t recommend Julian and the team at JNP Hazlemere enough, we bought our second family home through them recently and I am delighted with how brilliant they were from start to finish. Julian was so helpful, professional and fantastic with communication, which really made the whole experience a lot less stressful than it could have been especially with the stamp duty relief end date approaching. Julian helped us every step of the way from finding exactly what property we were looking for in the right area, to helping us chase solicitors, and also helped find removal companies for everyone in the chain. He helped us overcome every obstacle quickly and smoothly that could have potentially meant we didn’t meet the end of September stamp duty relief deadline. We are so grateful for all the hard work Julian put in to getting us successfully moved into our new home, that we hopefully look forward to working with him and the team at Hazlemere again in selling our home in the future. GoogleI think I have now found my family home however sadly not through Hydegate :( I would’ve loved to have found my family home through Mitchell Desborough as he was brilliant with my viewing and offer even though it was refused in favour of another family. One of my first viewings was with Mitchell and he really set the bar high for communication and integrity. He called when he said he would, he returned calls within minutes when I had more questions, he replied to emails when he said he would. I actually felt like I wasn’t a number, definitely a client. Naively I thought all estate agents were like this.....they aren’t. They really aren’t. If I had time on my side then I would 100% wait for a property to become available with Hydegate so I could work with them. Wish there were 6 stars ⭐️

GoogleI have been dealing with Hydegate Estates for little under 2 weeks and in that time I have been able to view a property twice and move in. I have received excellent service from the guys there, particularly Eddie. Due to a change in circumstances, I have been in a position where moving needed to happen quickly - I have been pestering Eddie almost on a daily basis to get the move done as quickly as possible and he has made it happen. Thanks again for your help!

GoogleWe have been renting a property from Hydegate Estates for a few years and in this time, we have always found Hydegate to be very professional and always quickly respond to any of our questions or issues we have reported. Any issues have always been dealt with very quickly and efficiently. For example, we recently asked a question find out if it would be possible for us to have some chickens in our garden. Our wish was resolved in a day! We now have some chickens!

Julian was great and his attentiveness enabled us to get on the market exactly when we wanted and quickly, yet in a considered manner given the circumstances. He and Josh were spot on with punctual feedback post visits and the wider office team were helpful and responsive. Contact was frequent and appropriate, from when we received offers to final acceptance and then the team was efficient in contacting us and closing down on the final elements leading to exchange (completion to follow). Their knowledge of the local market around Hazlemere is excellent and I would recommend without hesitation.
